• Billing: handled by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.

To create and send your check and reports, run your account and billing, and provide support. With your consent, to send Mencioly news. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email.

Sharing

We share data only with processors acting for us: hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.), Stripe (payments), email delivery (Resend) and AI/data providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, DataForSEO), which receive only the questions about your business, not your email. Some are located outside your country. We don't sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@mencioly.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. Mexico's LFPDPPP, California's CCPA/CPRA, the EU/UK GDPR) you may have additional rights.
