The free check costs nothing and needs no card.

7-day guarantee

If your first payment for a plan doesn't work out, email hola@mencioly.com within 7 days and we'll refund 100% of that first payment.

After 7 days

Cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next period. We don't give partial refunds for periods already started, unless required by law or the service wasn't delivered due to our fault.

Annual plans

Full refund within the first 7 days. After that, you can cancel the renewal and keep access until the end of the paid year.

Processing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any non-waivable consumer rights you have.
