Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Who we are

Mencioly is operated by Mario Izaac López Camacho, an individual (persona física) registered in Mexico with tax ID (RFC) LOCM890930391, at Calle J. Manuel Rodríguez Sánchez No. 14, Col. Deportiva, Sayulita, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, ZIP 63732, Mexico (“Mencioly”, “we”). Contact: hola@mencioly.com.

2. The service

Mencioly sends buying questions about your business to third-party AI engines (currently ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity; Google AI Overviews will be added soon) through their official interfaces or data providers, analyzes the answers and produces scores, reports and recommendations.

3. No guaranteed results

AI answers change and are outside our control. Reports are informational estimates. We do not guarantee that your business will appear, rank higher or gain customers. Recommendations are general suggestions, not legal, tax or professional advice.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information and only track businesses you represent or are authorized to track. Don't resell the service outside the Agency plan, attempt unauthorized access, or use reports to defame others.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

Plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly via our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from your portal; service continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The software, brand and report design belong to Mencioly. Reports you generate are for your use; Agency-plan customers may deliver them to their clients under their own brand.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on outside providers (AI engines, payments, hosting). Their availability and policies may affect the service; we're not liable for third-party failures.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, including applicable Mexican federal law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the current version with its date and email you about material changes.
